Salaam serviced apartment is located in Mbweni, Zanzibar just about 5 minutes drive from the airport and within 10-12 minutes drive to Stone Town and Zanzibar city. This brand new 3 bedroom apartment was developed by Zanzibar Social Security Fund as part of the new estate late last year. We can accommodate upto 6 people at a time and we provide free 24/7 Wifi. The beach is within a very short distance and presidential state house is within a short distance from the apartment. Please read below THE BEDROOMS We have en-suite master bedroom with double bed, 2nd room has 2 single beds and 3rd room has large single bed sleep upto 2 people. The apartment is located on 2nd floor suitable for family or group of people. All rooms (including living room) are air-conditioned and fans are available for your own convenience. This apartment can accommodate even less abled and children as it has lift and walk in shower, they are no stairs within apartment itself therefore wheelchair can be used in here aswell. All bathrooms have hot water for shower and normal use Living room is pretty too as it has smart TV and cable satelite channels you can watch live football, cinemas, movies, news etc 24/7. We also have emergency lights incase of a electricity fault. We also provide quality bed linen, towels, blankets/duvets and cleaning after every 7 nights for free. All bedrooms have wardrobes and the dinning table is well placed within the living room. Sofa sets in the lounge can be used by upto 5 people. Hoover, Iron and iron board are available for your use BATHROOM Bathrooms have everything you need like, water, toilet tissue, hair-dryer, shampoo/shower gel, soap, towels etc. Fire alarm is available for your sefety. KITCHEN This fully equipped modern kitchen has glasses, cups, microwave, washing machine, toaster, blender, knives, plates, spoons, folks, fridge/freezer, kettle, pots, mineral water will be provided for free on arrival as a good gesture, not only that will also provide free tea bags and free sugar. Guests are free to access full apartment including balcony, kitchen, living room and all 3 bedrooms. We will pick all our guests from airport for FREE using our own shuttle, please share your flight itinerary and be transparent as possible by letting us know exact number of people so that we can provide service according to the number of guests. Our team will be able to coordinate with our guests we can arrange a tour guide and a car to tourist sites within the city or even outside the city at an extra affordable cost. We coordinate and interact with all our guests by guiding them to essential places of their interests like tourist sites, immigration services, airline offices, shopping malls including supermarkets which specialise in sellling UK based stuff from UK leading supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi, Azda, Tesco, Morrisons etc Our guests' safety is paramount, we have security on the main gate in this estate who check cars/individuals who go in and out of the estate 24/7. The apartment has a gate on the main entrance which will only be used by you and you guests. laundry is available for your own cost. CCTV will soon be fixed for your extra security and convenience at the apartment. We care for your welfare and safety to the maximum of our ability that is why we have security personnel 24/7 on this block. We also have fire extinguisher for our guest's safety which is located just outside of the main entrance Zanzibar parliament is within 13 minutes drive. Also Arahma hospital, Zan Tours, PBZ bank (ATM/cash point services), Immigration/Foreign Office, Kiliman Plazza shopping centre, Kilimani restaurant, Mbweni supermarket, Maharubi historical sites, Stone Town historical town, Forodhan beach, Zanzibar harbour, Jambian, Nungwi, Mangapwani Pwani beaches all in touching distance. We can link you with agencies to help you in different ways. We will be hand in hand even before your arrival please be free to ask any question we will be able to help where possible.
