B&B Castello Regina
The newly open B&B Castello Regina is the perfect place for discovering this part of Italy with its traditions. The Bed and Breckfast is set in the small village of “Cavaglia” among the historic buildings over 400 years old, at the foothills of the Orobie part of the Alps, Bergamo city and the sky areas of the Brembana Valley, are all within less than an hour drive from the property. The bedrooms are decorated to high standards and feature with a traditional furniture. All rooms have views of the village and the surrounding hills: Corna Camoscera (1250 mt) and the Castello Regina (1340 mt). The breakfast menu boasts organic ingredients soured from the local farms. It includes homemade marmalade and honey, fresh fruits coming from the local orchard, fresh milk and diaries. The kitchen offers all the necessary cooking accessories and kitchen stuff, together with tea/coffee making facilities for guests to enjoy. Nestled in the stunning countryside, B&B Castello Regina offers a relaxing environment. Guests can relax in the garden, on the balcony with a view on the village yard or in the reading space close to the kitchen. We are at your disposal to help you in planning your stay. All the rooms of the B&B have a nice window and / or a balcony with a view on the surrounding hills or the village, besides the double room, also three beds and four bedrooms are available, all characterized by a traditional furniture. The place is run by the Locatelli’s family, originally from the village of Cavaglia. The members of the family, speaking both English and French, will be pleased to host you and make sure that your stay will be perfect. The surrounding hills offer the possibility of several activities: nordic walking, iron road, rock climbing and paragliding all at a short walking distance from our B&B. More than 50 climbing routes with levels from 4b to 8a+ are waiting for you!
