I have a pleasant double room (Website hidden by Airbnb) cot can be provided if necessary .This is a quiet home with one small shy cat .It is in a peaceful residential area .Off road parking .Close to Royal Preston Hospital and University ,easy access to the town centre and very close to motorway . I will also be more than happy to provide a continental style breakfast . This is a nice comfy home with a pleasant garden. Off road parking .Easy access to the motorway .Quite a short distance to the town centre ,university and hospital ,also a short distance from Fulwood Business Park . Access to garden ,use of kitchen and washing machine and use of the dining room . Light breakfast provided . You may contact me by phone or text at any time .I am friendly but will respect your space This is a quiet ,clean ,safe and pleasant area .There is a covered public swimming pool and gym a couple of hundred metres away from my house . Pub,restaurant and Several coffee shops within walking distance . if you are coming by car there is off road parking and within 5mins of the motorway .There is a bus service every 10 mins which will take you to the Royal Preston Hospital and Asda in one direction and UCLAN and the town centre which is about 2miles away in the other.
