Beach House 50 meters from the Aegean Sea

Welcome Guests! Relax and unwind at this serene and quiet seaside cove just a 25 min drive from the Airport and a 15 min drive to Lavrio Port. Sip your morning coffee/tea on the spacious balcony watching the orange hues of the sun's first rays rising out of the deep blue Aegean Sea. Our spacious two-bedroom beach house is perfect for families, couples, or group of friends. Open floor plan includes a full kitchen, dining room table and living room with a beautiful view! Two bedrooms each have a full size mattress to sleep 4 and an air mattress is available to accommodate 2 more guests in the living room or under the stars on the spacious balcony. Surrender to sweet dreams with sounds of lapping waves! Though the closest beach is almost your front yard, the bays in view in the photograph are within walking distance (the closest being a 15 min walk). The town is just 11 km away with access to bars, restaurants, souvenirs, supermarkets and shops for all other necessities. A great place to experience Greek food at some of the long established taverns. From Lavrio Port you could easily take a ferry to a close by island (Kea) for the day. Also, a day of sightseeing in the center of Athens is just a 32 min train ride away (metro station is 15 mins from the rental). My wife, Eleni, and I reside in the adjoining condominium with our cat Orpheus. The cat cannot answer many questions but we are available for suggestions, questions and general information you may need. The condominiums share a large balcony which we frequent but we will respect your privacy and expect you to do the same.
