Main Bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bathtub and a second bedroom with modular bed and wardrobes for added comfort. On top of that there is a clothes washer, bedrooms are equipped with fans, WiFi, TV and other amenities that will make your stay more enjoyable! The whole house and garden is fully accessible to guests except the ground floor which is separate from the rest of the house and is used as storage space. Konstantinos’s home is located in Artemis, Athens, Greece. Artemida is a seaside resort town in East Attica, Greece. A breath taking place just 25 km east of Athens city center with a great historical background that perfectly combines antiquity with modern-day life. The city was named after the ancient goddess Artemis. The Temple of Artemis Brauron was among the most important sacred sites in the ancient times while nowadays the site is included in the Natura 2000 European network of protected areas. The whole area and the museum is so close to the house that can be clearly seen from the veranda. Artemida is located on the Aegean Sea coast and lies only 5 km south of Rafina (the second main port of Athens to the Greek islands), 9 km north of Porto Rafti and 25 km east of Athens city centre. The neighbourhood is very quiet and calm. The way that the house is located nobody will disturb you and you wont disturb them even if you are loud folds. The area is ideal for water sport lovers. 6km to the north you can find the Albatros Wind Surf Spot and at 8km to the same direction is the Nissakia Surf Spot, two of the most popular windsurf/kitesurf/SUP spots in Athens. For those who want to experience the night life of Artemis, shall visit Porto Rafti (just 10km away), a popular place with mainstream bars and big night clubs, even more nice beaches, fish taverns and open air cinemas. Right below the hill there is a well known hotel by the beach with a huge swimming pool, bar, tennis courts, sun-beds where you can join, water sports and an awesome spa to have some massage etc. Everything is around the corner! -The distance to the nearest beach is 15 minutes by foot and 3 minutes by car. In 700m there is a grocery store and a super market open until 23:00. -The airport is about 15 minutes by car (taxi costs around €20-€30) -The centre of Athens is about 40 minutes and -Rafina port is about 20 minutes -Bus stops that reach at the Athens metro are located within a distance of 1km (less than a mile) -For water sport lovers, within 15 minutes there are 2 spots where you can wind surf & kite surf It is strongly recommended that you have a means of transportation. If not, we cooperate with the reliable Galaxy Taxi Services so you will be covered. The closest beach is about 1km away and the closest super market is at 700m away. (2-3 minutes by car)
