A base to call home

This self-contained unit/studio is on the top floor of a commercial building on the Kandy Jaffna A9 road [4Km from Matale]. It is ideally located to explore all the wonders of the Central Province of Sri Lanka. Your host, Thilak, is a semi-retired naval consultant architect who has worked in many countries and travelled extensively. He owns and manages the building; your unit is the only one set up for accommodation. It is fully secured with bars on windows and 24 hours CCTV camera. The unit is spacious and comfortable for up to 2 people. You will be in a friendly environment with the owner's representative around the building from 7am to 7 pm. The premises are secure with a lockable gate to garage and rear entrance, lockable roller doors to main entrance and 24 hours CCTV security cameras . The unit/studio is self-contained. Guest will have access to the entire unit as well as parking space. Thilak lives not far from this property and will be available when he is in Matale. He also has representatives (his sister and niece) around the building from 7am to 7pm.
