"Lux Living in Lux Location" (Share Accommodation)

The name says it all... Luxurious living in one of Penrith's best locations. This is a very modern, clean apartment on the eighth floor in a secure and excellent well maintained complex. You will have your own private bathroom, full use of a well equipped kitchen, European laundry and a newly furnished bedroom with balcony access. I am happy to meet you on arrival and show you around the apartment to make your stay is as comfortable as possible. I don't spend much time in the apartment so staying here would be very much like having your own place. Guests have access to the whole apartment apart from my room (of course!). Guests have use of the whole apartment including newly equipped modern kitchen. Coffee, tea and milk supplied and all cooking utensils and appliances available for cooking and dining. Guests will have their own private bathroom with fresh clean towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer supplied. The bedroom has access to the balcony and has built in wardrobes, a chest of drawers and bedside tables. Laundry with washing machine, washing powder and dryer is available. There is a study desk, work area. Wifi is available through hotspot. Yes I like to socialise with guests if that is what guests would like, or I can leave them to have as much astheir own space as they would like. Thus is a great place to stay. The location is fantastic. A short walk to Penrith station, cbd, shopping, restsurants and hospital. The apartment is directly opposite Penrith Station and is within walking distance to Westfield Shopping Centre, hotels, clubs, restaurants, Penrith CBD and eateries are all within walking distance. Downstairs, next to the apartment building there is a park with BBQ facilities, fitness course and play area. There is lots to do in Penrith and the surrounding areas eg. explore the Blue Mountains, The Penrith Lakes, Panthers Cable Ski Park or walk the Nepean River Walk.
