Sandy beaches are nearby.Located 7km from the airport Tivat, 9km from Kotor, 20km from Budva. Ideal for up to 4 persons. It has full-equipped kitchen ,fast wi-fi, washing machine,dishwasher. There is an amazing view from all the terraces and plenty of sun light. AC is available too. It has its own pier and parking. I am happy to welcome all my guests and be available for them 24/7. I can pick them up at the airport, help with rent a car and give all information about sightseeing. It is very relaxing and calm area, with breathtaking views of nearby islands, bay and Adriatic sea which makes it an unique place. Supermarkets, restaurants and sandy beach are within easy reach. There is also a small private port in case of arrival by yacht/boat. There are often local buses that make it very easy and cheap to reach nearby towns of Tivat, Kotor and Budva. Free parking is available on site. It is very easy to reach the listing by taxi. I can also wait for my guests at the airport. I recommend to all my guests to explore beautiful Montenegro! If you take a rent a car it will be very easy to explore nearby towns, bay of Kotor and all beautiful beaches. Also, visiting National park of Lovcen is a great idea for mountain lovers. Its possible to use a berth at our own pier for a small boat.
