As well as being basic, straight forward & a practical home. No clutter, not overly decorative or fancy, but just right for a relaxing easy going place to stay. Which gives it a unique point of difference from a resort or hotel. Situated in a great location, as a central base to explore Northern Idaho. The Home includes: *The driveway has ample space for parking at least 4 vehicles, also could fit a boat trailer. *WiFi *During summer there are 2 AC window units which are located upstairs and in the lounge room. *The house is heated by a gas furnace.
