Willow Retreat is a stylish and comfortable 3 bedroom home in Willetton, WA. This welcoming home has been recently renovated and furnished, so you will be sure to feel like you are right at home! Especially with Netflix and Wi-Fi! 15 minutes drive to Perth city , 14km to Airport. The beautiful Swan River is just 7 minutes away. Carousel, Southlands and Garden City shopping centres are all very close, as is Fiona Stanley hospital, Willetton & Rossmoyne high schools. Willow Retreat has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. You will have the whole place to yourself. There is also a beautiful private al-fresco area and large garden to relax in. You'll have a brand new Smart TV to enjoy the very latest Netflix has to offer, as well as free Wifi for all guests. Order Ubereats, pour yourself a wine, sit back and relax! There are also many great restaurants within a 5 minute drive from the house. Expect to find top quality quilt covers, and bedding. Beds and mattresses are super comfortable, and there is a choice of soft or firm pillows on each bed. In the kitchen you'll find a Nespresso coffee machine, Maxwell & Williams crockery, a full range of equipment to cook with, glassware, microwave and dishwasher. The house is cool in summer with ducted air conditioning throughout the house and bedrooms, plus a brand new gas heater that warms the whole house during the cooler months. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, even a Nespresso coffee machine, a George Foreman grill, sandwich press, wine glasses, tea and coffee and other basics like foil, olive oil, salt and pepper etc. We provide a welcome pack of coffee pods, tea bags, and milk so that you can get settled in right away! We also provide washing powder, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and other cleaning essentials. There is also a front loader washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience. Perfect for a quick visit to Perth, or short term corporate accommodation, Willow Retreat will be perfect for your next stay. As it is in a quiet complex of four villas, and we prefer to respect our neighbours privacy, the accommodation would only suit quiet guests. We live close by so can attend at your request should you need any help, however we prefer to let our guests enjoy their time & privacy. I am just a phone call away and also live close by so can attend any emergencies or requests. I prefer to allow our guests complete privacy unless they request otherwise. Willetton is a relaxed suburb of Perth, approximately 11km to the city centre and 14km from the airport. Fremantle is close, as is the Swan River and other attracions like Perth Zoo, Elizabeth Quay, and Kings Park. Excellent shopping centres are close by (some as close as 1.5km) with Hoyts cinemas, supermarkets, and other attractions very close to the house. We recommend hiring a car if possible. There is public transport (bus) within 5 minute walk from the house. The closest train station is Bull Creek station, approximately 7km from the house. The villa is in a quiet complex with neighbours close by. No noise or parties. Security cameras on the outside of the building for your safety and security. As I don't accept reservations with no reviews on Airbnb, I request a booking deposit of $500 - paid via Airbnb, prior to arriving. This fee is fully refundable up on checkout with no damage to the house.
