Gorgeous waterfront property with amazing views over bay. Enjoy access to bay, ocean, beautiful beaches, and Barnegat Lighthouse. Bring your own boat, kayaks and explore the waterways! Bring your own bicycles to explore the island by land. *this is our private family home, not a hotel. Please respect it and treat it as you would your own home. **guests who leave the home messy (especially the kitchen) will be charged for any extra cleaning. Only guests with positive reviews accepted. High vault ceiling living room, waterfront property, cozy living room, king bed in master bedroom and two queen beds in other 2 bedrooms. Bay, dock, 5 mins drive to beach or 25 mins walk I stay nearby but communication by text or email or phone call is best. I can stop by if necessary. You will need to make the beds with your own sheets and pillow cases. There is a comforter over the mattresses. Use the dock at your own risk. Be aware the current is very strong! People under 25 need to have a parent present. The Firepit is not available to guests ***The fine for not recycling, separation of trash from recyclables and putting ALL garbage and recycling into the correct bins is $200. Don’t leave garbage outside the bins! ***The fine for leaving dirty dishes and the kitchen a mess is $200. Carpet stains and any damage will incur a minimum fine of $200. Be forewarned.
