The sunny private room, is located in an independent level of the common spaces of the house with its own entrance & direct access to the amenities of the backyard to drink a morning coffee. Its private bathroom is located at the same level next to the room. The private room, the private bathroom and the garden are located independently half floor below the house's common spaces. The room is carefully designed to offer you a relaxing stay. Coloured in green together with white details create a minimal corner next to a beautiful garden where you may have your morning coffee or relax drinking a wine at night at the garden's terrace. The common spaces of the house are at your disposal 24 hours a day. An open-space kitchen fully equipped, a comfortable living room where you may relax and light the fire during winter time, a sunny dining area and last but not least an elegant office level to work or read. The house is organized in 3 different vertical levels allowing privacy. Lower level: private spaces of the guest (bedroom & bathroom). Middle level: common spaces of the house (kitchen, dining room & living room). Upper level: private spaces of the host of the house (bedroom & bathroom). Willing to give you any tip you wish to explore the city and it's surroundings. :) The neighborhood is a newly created residential area with beautiful and contemporary houses with gardens. In scarcely 15' minutes-walk you easily reach the city center and in another 15' minutes you are down the lake to start a beautiful walk by it. Within 2' minutes walk you can find a small market-store to buy whatever you need and in 12' walk a big supermarket. Walking scarcely 15' minutes you reach the city center, while at the same time you reach the lakeside in 10' minutes. The fully equipped & luxury house is located nearby the city center and at the same time in a calm, green & residential area, where easily you can also find parking.
