Cozy Ribble Valley Cottage

Terraced cottage in the heart of Mellor Village in the scenic Ribble Valley. Steps away from the Millstone Hotel and Pub and a stroll to the Speadeagle Pub, both offer Award Winning food. The location provides easy access to the historic towns of Whalley, Clitheroe both within 15-20 mins drive. The property is a large 3 Bedroom terraced cottage, fully equipped for a large family, business travellers or couples. There is a large reception room, separate dinning room which seats 6 people and newly renovated kitchen fully equipped with all the mod cons including a dishwasher. Upstairs there is a large bathroom and three bedrooms, two with Queen beds and the third bedroom with bunk beds. Guests have access to the whole house and outside areas. My family and I live in Canada so will likely not be around. My family live close by and would be available if there are any issues or emergencies. The key will be left in a lockbox and the code will be provide the day before your stay. Mellor is a small friendly village is close proximity to all the major routes in Lancashire it is only 4 miles to the M6 junction 31 and M65 junction 3. There are several popular pubs within walking distance providing great food and drinks. The popular market town of Clitheroe is only 20 mins drive and the location provides ideal access to the Ribble Valley. Parking is available either on the street or at the rear of the property. There are no parking restriction in the area. There is a local shop about 5 mins walk from the house if you need any last minute essentials.
