This house is located 1 minute from the lakeshore. It has a nice garden, sufficient parking space and central heating. It sleeps 6 people. 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: 1 bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor 1 bedroom with veranda and bathroom on the first floor 1 bedroom and 1 living room on the second floor. the modern kitchen is integrated in the large living room on the groundfloor. The table in the dining area sit 8 to 10 people. TV in every bedrooom. The house is tastefully furnished in a mixture of old and new with every possible comfort: The location is central, opposite the church. There are at least 4 nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. Swimming facilities are also quite near. In winter, there are lifts, ski-schools, cozy refuges and excellent pists very close by. Public transport is available close-by taking you to the surrounding places, Bad Ischl, Salzburg etc. This house is located right in the middle of one of Austria's most beautiful regions.
