Beautiful, comfortable, happy beach house

Lovely open plan house with loads of natural light. Great indoor-outdoor flow, with a huge barbecue area and garden. All the bedrooms except one have doors that open out to the garden. Great views of the forested hills that surround the valley. A 3 minute walk takes you to to the beach - and a 5 minute cycle to the lagoon. The property includes a separate granny flat (without a kitchen) at the bottom of the garden. A huge variety of some of the area's best nature activities on your doorstep. The upstairs area features a big mezzanine room with folding doors that open onto a balcony - this is an area for reading, working, and playing. Also upstairs: the master bedroom (en suite), which looks out over forested hills (windows fold right back). Downstairs is the living area: open plan kitchen and living room with indoor fireplace, opens wide out onto outdoor lounge / dining / barbecue area and then the garden with big lawn. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs, and 2 full bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have double doors to outside. At the bottom of the garden is a lovely granny flat, with wide doors opening onto garden. Nice private room for couple plus small child. Ensuite bathroom, but this does not have it's own kitchen. Great quality bed linen and kitchen gear. Our cleaner is happy to come as often as you like, for a daily rate.
