Oceanside Modern Villa with Private Pool

Our newly built villa blends traditional Balinese and modern architecture and has a very airy feeling. It features private pool, parking lot, BBQ, king-size bed and air conditioning on both floors. 50" Smart TV is coupled with the best optic fiber Internet service available in Bali. Villa is completely private and has a wide selection of bars & restaurants in walking distance, including infinity-pool bars at nearby hotels. We love our house and try to make it better every time we come ourselves. First floor is very spacey, has a huge fully-equipped kitchen, half bath and a living area with a comfortable couch that easily sleeps two adults. Second floor features a massive balcony with a full-size couch, master bedroom and a full bath. Perfect place to enjoy the sunrise at the coffee table outside. You can also find contact info of our manager and staff at the living room table. The area is quiet and peaceful, with a number of sacred temples and a private beach down the road. There are plenty of grocery stores, small restaurants and other essentials nearby. It is highly advised to rent a motorbike in case you want to fully experience Bali - our manager can assist you with getting one. We can also organize a transfer to/from the airport as well as help you hire a personal driver. Giri, the staff member, comes every morning to clean the pool and take care of the garden. He can help you with day-to-day chores at request. Breakfasts are available at additional price (cost varies depending on the menu, although it is usually very cheap). Night time security (either Wayan or Ketut) comes every night and stays in a separate building - though the area is completely safe. That said, security can run an errand for you at request. You can always call our manager Mario and come up with a schedule for the staff that works best for you!
