This space is a private loft area, with two bedrooms rooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and private bathroom with bath and shower, with a cosy sitting area with fridge/tea facilities, ideal for a single person or two people traveling together. The log burning fire keeps the house cosy in the winter. Includes a healthy/ farm cooked breakfast. Hidden in the hills, over looking the Kahurangi National park Tasman, and the Motueka River for fly or spinning fishing for Brown trout, we also have a fish gutting area. A Farm house with a clean bright roomy twin Bedroom with 2 single beds that zip together to make a queen, a second floor private mezzanine, table & chairs, small reading area with book case, bathroom with bath and shower, fridge, tea & coffee facilities. Ideal for solo travelers, friends traveling together or couples. Outside table and chairs, benches to sit and take in the peace, tranquility, and the picture perfect views. come and relax from your busy schedule. Outside is our Fish gutting area and BBQ. Our place sits high on a hill with a long winding road, in a unique Valley, with picture perfect views over both the river and mountains, surrounding Fruit orchards and Hops, great fresh water swimming, fishing for famous brown trout, tramping, ideal for painters, photography, writers and folks that just want to be one with nature. Best to have your own transport, easier to get around, and you will see more. 40 mins to Abel Tasman for tramping and Kaiteriteri, Marahau for beautiful beaches, Rabbit Island, brown trout fly fishing and tramping on the door step. Great for family's with local swimming in the river, 20 mins to Motueka township (on one road).
