Beautiful 3-bedroom home in Tema, Ghana

This beautiful 3-bedroom, fully furnished home is located in the Oasis Estates- a gated and secured community in Tema, Community 25. This home is features overnight security, and is secured with cameras (CCTV) and an electric fence. Located about 30 minutes from Kotoka Airport, this home provides comfort in a safe environment away from home. This is a spacious one-level 3 bedroom home which is completely furnished and air conditioned. For your comfort, there is a water heater in the master bathroom which will allow you to take hot showers. The entire house. Upon arrival, you will be met by the security guard or my assistant ( Naami) and given the keys to the home. A walk through of the home will be done with my assistant if I am not able to be be present. My assistant and I ( Naami) are available to speak/ text throughout the day, before 7pm. We look forward to hosting you! This home is located in a quiet residential community and is minutes from the Accra Mall, Tema General Hospital, and many more. There is an abundance of Uber, Taxify and Yango drivers in the area- as well as normal taxis. We are a call/text away if you need any assistance. Please turn off air conditioners and all lights when not in the home. 50 Ghana cedis ($10) worth of prepaid electricity is included. This typically lasts for at least 3 days. You will need to purchase electricity for the rest of your stay if usage exceeds. 5 GB is included for WiFi. You will need to purchase extra Wi-Fi if usage exceeds Wi-Fi ( usually $10 will last for 3 days depending on usage level). The kitchen stove uses gas, as do most in Ghana. A full amount of gas will be provided upon arrival, but once it’s finished, guest(s) will be responsible for purchasing. Any costs that are as a result of any damages on walls, fixtures, furniture, appliances will be incurred by the guest (s) please.
