Our house is a lovely rural house situated in the heart of the village of Viverone with a wonderful view of the lake. It is perfect for a family or a couple looking to get away to relax. The shops in the village and the lake’s promenade are within walking distance from the house and various swimming pools are within 5 minutes by car. Viverone is an excellent location from which to discover the beauties of Piedmont and the Valle d’Aosta region. This is an independent rural house recently renovated to maintain its original character. The house is composed of two floors with two terraces, one on the ground floor and the second on the first floor with a lake view. On the ground floor there are: the entrance with an internal staircase to access to the bedrooms upstairs; the living room with a fireplace and a big leather sofa; a full bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet and washing machine (towels are available); a fully equipped kitchen with oven, 5-burner gas, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and crockery and cutlery. From the kitchen you can access the covered terrace of 20 m2 equipped with a table and chairs and overlooks the private garden of the house. Upstairs there are: the landing with access to the balcony; the first bedroom has a sofa-bed (double) and a single bed; the main bedroom has a double bed, access to the balcony and an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, toilet and bidet. From the balcony, you can access the covered terrace (30 m2) overlooking the lake which has an outdoor kitchen (without gas burner) tables and benches/chairs. It is a great place to unwind and enjoy the sunset drinking one of the many locally produced wines or you can start the day with an energetic breakfast taking in the wonderful lake view! We provide a camping cot and a high chair for families with babies. The house was designed to enjoy family time and a holiday in complete relaxation so TV and internet connection are not available (even if mobile phones can receive 4G...). To respect the neighbours we ask you to not organize parties that end after (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) pm. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. To facilitate your stay you have a private carport and a couple of parking spaces in the yard outside the house. The environment is very “home from home”, my parents and my sister will be your neighbours. Before your arrival and during your stay we will be available for any information you may need to help you make the most of your stay. (via AirBnB messages or (Hidden by Airbnb) ). Upon your arrival and at your departure a family member or a trusted person will take care of delivering / retrieving the keys and providing you with the necessary information about the house. In order to comply with the local legislation (Police headquarter of Biella and municipality of Viverone) we kindly ask you at your arrival to view and sign a short term rental contract to collect your data and the ones of the other guests. Inside the house you will also find some useful local information brochures about restaurants and activities in the area. The house is located in Viverone, Piedmont, Italy. The house is suitable for families with children of all ages or couples looking for a holiday amongst nature. Here you will discover the wine traditions of our area and you will enjoy promenades between the lake and hills. The location of the house is great because it is situated in the ancient centre of Viverone (on the Via Francigena) 300 meters from grocery stores, pharmacies, bars, pastry shops and restaurants and a 10-minute walk from the lake’s promenade. Within 1Km, you have a wide choice of swimming pools and lake sports activities such as sailing, canoeing, wakeboarding, water skiing and sport fishing. You are in the right place if you want take your mountain bike to enjoy the various mountain bike trails available in the moraine hill behind Viverone or to walk along the Via Francigena. From Viverone is easy to visit the city of Ivrea, Masino’s castle, the city of Biella with the Oropa’s sanctuary, the city of Turin and many more. In less than an hour you can be on the Valle d’Aosta’s mountains with its beautiful castles and a rich choice of high-altitude excursions in the summer season and ski lifts in the winter season. Viverone is also the ideal starting point for motorcyclists like us who like to discover the hills of Piedmont, visit the Monferrato’s cellars and enjoy the Valle d’Aosta’s mountain roads. We suggest that you come by car or motorbike to enjoy the best the region has to offer. A supermarket is available at walking distance from the house and it has long opening hours (for being in village...) including the weekends during the summer season.
