This 35m2 apartment, completely independent (with private laundry room and garage), allows you to enjoy this breathtaking panoramic view in the heart of Lavaux, a UNESCO World Heritage site, from the living room or on the sun loungers in the garden in peace. First room with kitchen, lounge area with sofa bed, dining area. Bathroom with WC and shower. Bedroom with double bed 160x200cm. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of hiking trails and 15 minutes by car from Lausanne and less than 10 minutes from Vevey and the Charlie Chaplin museum. 15 minutes from Montreux and Lausanne. Possibility of adding a child's bed and a cot. A Nespresso capsule coffee machine is at your disposal. You will have access to the entire apartment, as well as to the laundry room where there is a washing machine and dryer for your own use as well as a large freezer. We live in the apartment above and we will be at your disposal for any questions you may have during your stay. The main attraction of the hamlet in which our house is located is the plunging view over the whole of Geneva Lake, the south orientation and the beautiful sunsets on the lake. Besides the dives in the lake, the region is also a delight for wine lovers and fine dining. The Lavaux winegrowers are particularly welcoming and will make you taste their latest cuvée in an incredible setting made of terraced vines facing the Alps and the lake. Our house is also located about half an hour from many tourist sites (Chillon castle, chocolate and cheese factory, Moléson, etc.) and the Prealps. (45min Les Diablerets, Verbier, 75 minutes from Gstaad, 1h45 from Zermatt) If you won't hear the train whistling, it's because the two closest stations are about two kilometers away (Chexbres where there are "Mobility" cars, in particular, or Puidoux-station). However, we have a parking space at your disposal or we can pick you up from the station. ;-) We also offer "Lavaux transport cards" which allow you to use public transport from Montreux to Lausanne free of charge for the duration of your stay. The view is plunging or even aerial because our house is located on the hill of Mont-Pèlerin, this gives it its charm, its calm and its green environment (we are at the crossroads of hiking trails) but limits public transport nearby (Chexbres-Village train station is a 20-minute walk away)..
