Newly renovated, clean, comfortable guest suite in leafy suburb situated in the rear of our family home. Suitable for a couple or business traveller. In easy reach of Toowoomba's medical facilities, hospitals, CBD, boarding schools and local attractions. The space Studio with Queen size bed, TV , Hall table with Wifi. Separate own en-suite. Bar fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee pod machine, tea/coffee/milk/muesli/cereals/porridge/bread, filtered drinking water provided. High quality linen and towels provided. Lovely windows looking out to garden. Outside table and chairs to enjoy the surrounds. There is however no kitchen. We also have two beautiful dogs named Jazzy and Megsie (they cannot access your suite or personal outdoor area). If you would like to pat them, they would absolutely love it. Guest access The suite is accessed by it's own path running alongside the home. It has it's own entry and key. There are a few steps. Interaction with guests Let us know if you would like any information or help during your stay. Happy to share a story and a drink in the evening. Otherwise we will leave you to your privacy and hope you enjoy your stay! Other things to note If there are no bookings before or after your stay we are happy to accept early check-in and late check-out by arrangement. Guests have full private access. If there are additional needs we’re happy to provide additional access if possible. Guests can call us or come and see us anytime if they have any questions or concerns. We’re happy to share local knowledge and directions if needed.
