The apartment is located in the center of Novara, a 5 min walk from the station, in a no traffic zone. Double bedroom, with a antiroom for the wardrobe, hall, kitchen and lounge with sofa bed, and also a balcony facing the street. The 53sqm apartment is centrally located, very quiet on weekends, a bit more busy during the week as it's close to elementary, middle and higher schools. The stops of all the buses are very close and within 5 mins walk you can reach the train station and the post office and within 2 min on foot you reach the nearest supermarket. All activities can be done without the use of the car as the apartment is located in the historical center, in a strategic position for those who would like to visit the city. In 5 minutes by foot you will reach the Dome of San Gaudenzio. The apartment is on the first floor of a classic Italian building and has a double bed with TV, wardrobe, entrance hall, bathroom with toilet paper, hand soap, towels and hairdryer, kitchen with toaster, blender, and all cooking utensils, dining room with a very comfortable double sofa bed, reading books available and extensible dining table. WiFi available. We offer to our guests coffee, tea and some jam. In the house you can find oil, salt, sugar and some spices for cooking. The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests and we will be present for give you the keys and/or for any thing you need, please don't hesitate to contact us. *[House Rules]* 1- *Check in*: between 15 and (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Important to communicate the arrival time as precise as possible or to notify in case of delay. 2- Noise is forbidden after (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) pm inside the apartment and also in the staircase. 3- *Check out*: 10 am. 4- Send an identity document via (Hidden by Airbnb) p before check in. 5-Please help us to keep the house clean and tidy before your check out. 6-NO SMOKING in the house, but it's possible to smoke on the balcony overlooking the street. (please close the balcony door when smoking). Don't smoke at the window!!! 7-Dishes that are used in the kitchen must be washed by guest. 8- NO FRY because the smell of fried food remains throughout the house for days. 9-Don't damage furniture or structures of the apartment. 10-The stay of persons not mentioned in the contract is not allowed. 11-Please don't disturb the neighbors when opening or closing the entrance to the building and apartment. 12-In case the reservation is for two person, but each wants to sleep in two different beds, there is a supplement price of 8 euros for the extra sheets. 13-It's not possible to change the reservation after checking in. I mean, if you decide to leave beafore your check out for your personal reasons, I will not refund the price of the unused nights. 14-Pets are not allowed. 15-We do recycling and invite our guests to do the same!
