Fully furnished home perfect for family trip, a short getaway, overseas guests etc. Our old house is situated next to Beckenham station in a quite suburban area. Five minutes drive to Westfield Carousel Shopping centre and Cannington Leisureplex. 15 minutes drive to airport and 20 minutes drive to city. Or can go to the main city straight by train in just 15 minutes. It's a complete separate from the host's home. 3 bedrooms, modern kitchen facilities,laundry and 3 car parking space at front area. Light and open area for TV, sitting and eating. The main bedroom has air conditioner so does the lounge room. All bedding and towel provided. Tea, coffee and light snacks provided. Home cooked food can be provided by some extra cost. Guest has access all area, except a huge garage at back of the property. Host welcome you on arrival.If you have any questions you can contact the host anytime. As the host house is on the same street and we will available almost anytime. Very friendly and quite neighbourhood. I'm living in this suburbs five years, never had any problems,it's suitable for families. As this house is next to the station,so there would be noise from the station.
