Cool East Fremantle Townhouse (3.5 Bedroom)
Newly renovated, this is a very cool place to stay, with beautiful spaces inside and out. Careful attention has been given to design and detail and as form meets function, you'll find living here both inspiring and convenient. So close to everything. Also has free off street parking This is a custom designed space that has had loved poured into it at every opportunity. Every effort has been made to resolve, enlarge and glorify the spaces through intelligent experimentalism. What was a very normal 3 X 1 townhouse, situated in a leafy oasis, has become anything but ordinary. It's nothing less than an inspiring creative touchstone for those fortunate enough to stay There're awesome living areas and outdoor areas downstairs as well as the balcony upstairs. There's a BBQ in the large private outdoor garden area as well as a large under cover sitting area. You'll have use of a fully functioning kitchen and laundry. There are also bikes that, if available, may be used for rides to the beach or into town. If you have a car, I'm happy for you to park, for free, in the driveway or on the street verge Normally full house guests prefer to self check-in and that is certainly made easy with the door code system, however, if I’m able I’m always happy to check guests in person and give a tour of the the home. I enjoy meeting travellers and always find it interesting meeting my guests You'll be 200m from a beautiful walk along the Swan River, 300m from the Bicton Baths (salt water pool by the river) and 700m from supermarkets, pharmacy and cafes. You're also right near Fremantle, North Fremantle and even closer to The Left Bank (river side icon pub). Really there's so much to do in these areas, you're unlikely to need to venture further If you don’t have a car, there are bus stops within easy walking distance, which will take you straight into Fremantle. I also have some bikes, which would be my preferred option for getting into Fremantle or the beach. It’s a beautiful ride along the river and you could always stop off at The Left Bank (pub) for a pit stop on the way home :) This is a really comfortable home, but I’d suggest not conducive to relaxing stay for parents with infants, as there are concrete stairs, without balustrades on one side. Also ‘The Loft’ is an attic conversion and whilst one of the most popular spots in the house, it does require you to climb the ladder to enter
