Modern garden studio minutes from Sydney Airport!!

This is a brand new modern boutique style studio. It is private, tranquil and has superb garden views from inside and from the private deck. With one queen size bed it is ideal for single traveller or a couple( 3nights max stay for couples ) that prefer a nature setting ground floor studio to a hotel room. Bbque facility available and four eateries ( including an award winning Greek street food) in walking vicinity. Closest beach is five to ten minute drive. International airport 7min drive.NBN Guests have access through the private lane and have their exclusive access into the studio. The private deck is only for guest use. Guests have a self contained studio with smart tv superb sound kitchenette with conduction cooktop toaster kettle coffee machine and bar fridge. All kitchen utensils supplied . Bathroom has luxury rain-shower head and is hobless making it easier for persons with mobility issues. Nil steps to access the place from the street . I may or may not be on premises during your stay. The main entry from the street is used by tenants and myself . This will not impact on you as the guest as they simply have their own thorough way to enter their level 2 apartment . Neighbourhood is perfectly located within seven minutes drive to Sydney international airport. Despite this amazing proximity there is no aircraft noise as I am not on the flight path . There is a great European style beach Brighton Le Sands close by only ten Minutes drive and there is a wonderful nature reserve Bardwell Valley parklands where guests can do their morning jog. It is ten to fifteen minutes drive to Newtown - the multi ethnic eateries metropolis of Sydney ! All this , coupled with the new and modern design interior will make your stay comfortable and memorable. You can catch a bus, or you can walk to Rockdale station. Also a short Uber drive ( approx $10 trip) to Wolli Creek will get you on a quick express train to the city . You can walk to eateries restaurants parklands .. There is a family pooch on premises . He will not be in the yard on weekends however he may be there for part of the morning and afternoons on weekdays . He is fully trained and socialised . There is a restaurant next door and their kitchen is adjacent to my property dividing wall. Some noise can be heard mostly in the evening, also they may have live music for an event on the weekend.
