Large Craftsman Colonial with mid-century flair in the heart of the East Side. Easy walk to the shops on Hope Street, 5 minute drive (or 25 minute walk) to Brown University. It's a great home for entertaining! I have a yoga studio and several other empty spaces, where air mattresses can easily be added for parties over 7. I’ll provide coffee and tea (and I suggest a great little bakery and cafe is only a 5 minute walk down.) **Contact me about approval for pets, holiday and event pricing. Large open spaces with plenty of room for you and guests. It’s a great place for entertaining both inside and outside. The entire house is yours, with the exception of a separate studio apartment in the basement which I sometimes (yet very rarely) use for my own. If you need me, I'm only a call or text away. Hope is an incredible neighborhood! There are great restaurants, bars, and cafes. I can give you tips, if you'd like. I allow certain pets with approval, so let me know if you would like to bring any to stay. I have laundry access, as well. Let me know if you’d like to use the facilities. Please don’t wash shoes or anything you wouldn’t want in your own machine! For many stays, I can offer flexible check-in and check-out. Just ask and we will try to make it happen!
