The house is positioned at end of cul-de-sac with beautiful views to the reserve and hills. The path next to the house will take you to the bush walk path and kids’ playground. If you like an early morning walks or runs in the reserve, this is the perfect place for you. Close pedestrian bridge to Erindale makes very pleasant few minutes’ walk to the local centre, cafes and restaurants, Viking Park, Viking Club, Active Leisure Centre (offering enclosed swimming pool, tennis court, squash court), library, and lots more. Linen, hand and bath towels provided. Will meet guests to hand over keys (when possible) and are happy to assist with any queries you may have. Otherwise, will respect your privacy as you will be in your own private space. The neighbourhood is quiet and family orientated. This is why we ask for no parties and no loud music. Bus stops within 5 minutes walking distance will take you to Tuggeranong/Woden/Civic/Belconnen. Leaving excess of rubbish will be additionally charged. Security camera installed outside the house will record everyone around the house.
