Tooele Single Bedroom Apartment

25 minutes from Airport and Salt Lake City, this Single bedroom apartment has a private entrance. Apartment has washer/dryer, stove, refridge, soft water, private bathroom with shower. Lots of room to relax. There are two super single mattress's that can be placed on the floor, along with bedding. Great for single or married couples with children. No smoking, drinking or drugs are allowed on the premises. This is well worth the price This is a full size one bedroom apartment that has a Ceramic cook top stove with a convection oven. Full refridgerator, under counter lighting, full size washer and dryer for your convienence. A very nice quiet cozy neighborhood. This is a very nice space that you have to yourself. We now have 2 single mattresses that can be put on the floor to accomodate 2 more people or 2 children To access apartment, follow sidewalk around left side of house, turn right at back of house and down the stairs. Please keep gate closed when not accessing. The sidewalk has motion sensor lights for your safety. The neighborhood is very quiet, with a park two blocks away, and a beautiful view of the mountians. The owner is a Lyft driver as well from 3pm to 9pm weekdays If there is a request for additional nights, the request must be made by 11:30 am. I will respond between 11:30 am to !!:45am. You will have between 11:45 am and 12 noon to book the apartment. If you do not book the apartment by 12 noon, you will have until 12:30 pm to vacate the apartment. If you are still there when I get home, you will be charged another day and you will have to vacate the apartment. If I do not authorize the extra day by 12 noon, you are expected to vacate the apartment immediately.
