Located in Rhodes to the West of the Sydney CBD, this one bedroom apartment is perfect for couples, students, or visitors to stay within the close vicinity of beautiful waterviews and plenty of amenities. Rhodes is a beautiful neighbourhood with easy access to many key shopping districts where you'll find everything from local shopping centres to IKEA. This is a fully facilitated, convenient area for guests looking to enjoy a holiday and is a great place to settle down long-term as well! The apartment is provided as a fully-furnished space with basic necessities such as towels, shampoo, and bedding all included as a part of your stay. We want you to be able to move in without any hassle, and we welcome short-term and long-terms tenants, depending on your needs. The apartment is divided into private rooms, the common living space, the kitchen as well as the laundry space. If the guest rents out the entire property, they will have access to all of the above spaces. In the case that there are multiple guests renting out separate private rooms, each guest will be expected to share the living space, kitchen as well as laundry. Guests are prohibited to access the private rooms that they have not rented and fines may apply if they do so. We are always open for conversation and to provide help should you need it. The neighbourhood is extremely peaceful and friendly, so whether you are looking to take a holiday and spend some time with yourself or see the sights and interact with others, this is a perfect environment for you. Given Rhodes's vicinity to many key shopping districts, access to public transport is widely available through bus stops in the area as well as the Rhodes train station. 10 mins drive to Top Ryde Shopping Centre 20 mins drive to University of Sydney 20 mins drive to UTS 1. Please respect the house rules as guests will be liable for any damage to the property during their stay. 2. There will be a cleaning fee of $50 charged for a stay of up to 3 days long. We hire contractors regularly to ensure the quality of our properties and expect that our guests will enjoy the cleanliness of the apartment just as much as we do! Further cleaning fees may be charged for stays longer than 3 days depending on the length of your stay and the situation. We will be in contact should this be the case, and please do not hesitate to reach out if you would like to discuss this further We also expect guests to keep their room and the apartment tidy throughout their stay so as to avoid extra cleaning fees. 3. Rental Rules: In renting the apartment, guests agree to abide by the Rental Rules we set out on Airbnb throughout the duration of their stay at the property. All members of the rental party and any guests invited into the property will be expected to abide by the same rules. 4. Access: If the guest is renting a private room, access provided will depend on the condition of the house/apartment. According to NSW fire control law, access to certain private rooms might not be provided in order to comply with emergency escape policy. We will provide an external key and swipe card to the guests for their use and convenience throughout the duration of their stay During the stay, all guests are expected to respect others and we are not liable for any disputes and/or criminal activity that occur on the premises.
