Situated on over four acres of Catskills mountainside, this duplex house in the trees boasts some of the best views in the entire Catskills. We are on the same mountain as Belleayre Ski center so you’ll be the first ones there as you drive 5 minutes downhill to the upper lodge. Super-secluded, this is the place you need to get away from the hustle and bustle. Plenty of room to take in the view from our 1400sq ft deck or just hang on 1200sq ft bluestone deck. A classic, mountainside retreat with just enough touches of modern, to satisfy all levels of comfort. Plenty of room for the fam to spread out and explore the surrounding mountain, ski Belleayre, swim at Belleayre beach or eat at the Peekamoose. All that is just 5 minutes away. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet with direct access to the deck. The other two bedrooms might as well be masters too, they’re big and have awesome views to wake up to. For you’re little ones, we have a bunk room for children three and up, or two pack and plays on-site. The master is large enough to accommodate at least three if necessary. Guests can access the home via key box on the outside of the home without the need of having to meet someone there. We will Not be on-site but will have a caretaker close-by should you need someone.
