Our apartment completely renovated and equipped with everything you might need for a peaceful holiday without any warries, overlooking the pool is situated in a quiet area, even if it is located in the center of Cerveteri. It can easily accommodate four people using the comfortable double sofa bed in the living-room. The location is great for both tourism (sea, visiting Rome, read the section dedicated to the NEIGHBORHOOD) than events at the New Fair of Rome easily reachable in 20 minutes. Apartment Facilities: - Parquet floor throughout the apartment (not in the bathroom). -Terrace overlooking the pool with table and chairs -Bedroom: double bed with slatted frame and orthopedic mattress, all bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets), wardrobe with hangers. -Bathroom: shower, toilet, washing machine, towels, hairdryer. -Kitchen: fully equipped with plates, pans, fridge/freezer. Electric oven both static and ventilated, microwave, kettle and toaster, coffeemakers with coffee available and much more. Drinkable tab water. - Living Room: with a brand new double sofa bad, which in a moment turns into a bed and vice versa ( no pillows need to be removed), 42 inches led tv, television programs in many languages. Unlimited high speed internet (fiber connection) available in both lan and wi-fi modes. The apartment is located in a very quiet area of Cerveteri although it is in the city center. Guest in summer, will have access to the swimming-pool that you can see from the balcony or if you prefer, you have nice beaches in 5 minutes driving. In a short walking distance you have shops, bars, cheap restaurants, supermarkets (one of which is open 7 days a week allmost 24h a day) and takeaways. Right behind the house there is bakery with excellent bread and pizzas. Bus stops in 5 minutes walking. From the railway station Cerveteri-Ladispoli or Cerenova station you have several trains departing to Rome almost every 20/30 minutes all the day long and viceversa. In 20 minutes you can reach San Pietro (The Vatican) . In 20 minutes you arrive at the Leonardo da Vinci international airport of Fiumicino Free parking is available along the street outside the apartment. room available to store bicycles, or any particularly bulky luggage If I can I meet arriving guests at the apartment, and I will be happy to provide all the informations you might need, so please let me know in advance the time of your arrival. Otherwise you will find a safe box in which you will find the keys of the apartment and you can carry out a self-check-in. From a tourist point of view Cerveteri is located in a strategic point and offers many possibilities' and many alternatives to choose from: - Rome downtown is quickly approachable by car by train or by bus. After a day in Rome, you will appreciate the tranquillity of Cerveteri and in summer the possibility to relax in the pool - The sea is 5 minutes away. You can choose between beaches with clear or dark sand -Driving along the A12 motoway in less than half an hour you will reach the excavations of Ostia Antica - Driving along the ring road (GRA), you can easily and quickly reach the Appia Antica, Tivoli, Villa Adriana and Villa d'Este - For lovers of thermal tourism or to spend a day in complete relaxation, you will be spoilt for choice. All at a distance of 30/40 minutes you can have at your disposal the Terme di Stigliano, Terme dei Papi and Terme della Ficoncella and from here you can not miss a visit to the suggestive archaeological park of the ancient Roman thermal baths Taurine also called Terme di Traiano. - Lake Bracciano is 15 minutes away, do not miss a visit to Anguillara and a walk along the lake in Trevignano - Countless and very characteristic villages around the Viterbo area, including Bomarzo and Civita di Bagnoregio (the dying city) soon part of the UNESCO Heritage, reachable with a relaxing day trip - For lovers of tourism "enogastornomico" not miss a detour to the Tuscia - Last but not the least, do not forget that Cerveteri is the home of the Necropolis of Banditaccia, UNESCO and World Heritage Site and Cerite National Museum in the historical center, inside the Ruspoli's castle. So if you come and if you want, for sure you will not get bored. If you own a car you will have the possibility to park for free. Fiumicino's Leonardo da Vinci intercontinental airport is 34 km away and can be reached in 20 minutes from the apartment The port of Civitavecchia is 36 km away, about 30 minutes by A12 motorway. From Civitavecchia you drive towards Rome, exit Ladispoli-Cerveteri. Ladispoli-Cerveteri Train Station can be reached in just a few minutes also by the numerous local public transport buses. If you don't want to use of the car, the bus stop is easily reachable on foot. You are traveling with your lively kids: in addition to the use of the pool, right next to the apartment there is a beautiful playground open all day every day for free use, which has among other things a volleyball court and a basketball court. You are a lonely traveler, backpackers, flashpackers or simply do not have a car with you: there will be no problems for your stay anyway. During your stay, you can easily travel by public transport. There are 37 raids every weekday to and from Ladispoli-Cerveteri station and plus 15 raids to and from the railway station of Cerenova. If you are worried about travelling with your luggage by public transport on your arrival or departure we can organize incoming and outgoing transfers, we only need to know where to go (airport or Ladispoli-Cerveteri station) and time (flight number or arrival time of the train) on your arrival and departure in order to be more precise about the quotation. If you have not already done so, at your arrival you will find all the informations and details to be able to move independently and in complete autonomy by public transport In any case, we are available for all the informations you might need. To be able to swim in the pool it requires the use of bathing caps that for hygienic reasons we do not provide. The swimming pool is at the complete disposal of guests from the first days of June until mid-September.
