K120, enjoy your stay in your home away from home

K120 is my recently renovated old farmhouse, at the edge of the town centre, close to all facilities, but in a relatively quiet spot. I live there, but the house is also available for guests who prefer a cosy environment to anonymous hotels. The ambiance is relaxed. Make yourself comfortable. Coffee and tea are freely available, but you need to supply your own breakfast, lunch or dinner. Be welcome in my home. Come as a stranger and leave as a friend. My house is ideal for couples, solo travellers, friends who are on the road together or a parent and child. People who travel for business or leisure, who want to spend the weekend, a day or a week: be my guest! Relax and enjoy your room, the house or the garden. Feel free to roam the house and make yourself at home. Make breakfast or cook your dinner in the kitchen, have a coffee or tea, read a book, play a game or just sit and rest. While staying you have access to your room, the house and the garden, except for other persons bedrooms, the study/office and the cellar. Should you like to wash your clothes, a washing machine and dryer are available at a small fee. I am available for information about things you might want to do or see in Oss or the surrounding area. While you cook your meal or make your breakfast, I will be around, probably cooking my own meal or doing something else in the house. Maybe we can share a coffee or a glass of wine, but feel free to do your own thing. If you prefer your privacy, that is fine too. K120 is situated in a safe neighbourhood at the edge of the town centre, close to all facilities, but in a relatively quiet spot. It's a 2 minute walk to the swimmingpool, the fitness centre, the theatre and the library, a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants and we are 15 minutes away from the train station. Depending on your transport of choice, there is easy access by car by means of the A50 (Eindhoven, Oss, Nijmegen, Apeldoorn, Zwolle), A2 (Amsterdam, Utrecht, Eindhoven, Maastricht) and A59 (East-West connection Zeeland to 's-Hertogenbosch). Parking space is avialable. Trains will bring you to Nijmegen or 's-Hertogenbosch in 15-20 minutes (4 trains per hour), from which stations you get easy access to any other place you would like to travel. If you prefer a bike, there are bike paths all through the town and surrounding area. Please, observe all regular rules of courtesy, as there might be other guests in the house and - by the way - I will be there too.
