Great city house in Cooks Hill

A fully equipped 3 bedroom pet friendly house with air conditioning, alarm, off street parking and very close to Darby st and walking distance to great pubs, cafes and restaurants. Bar and Newcastle beach is less than 2 kilometres away. Everything is in walking distance, park your car onsite & head out to explore. The backyard has a skate ramp if you are keen! There is a great little area for relaxing with a day bed and outdoor dining area and BBQ. The neighbourhood is full of cafes, pubs, art galleries, a great museum, close to the best beaches. Full access to all rooms of the house and yard. Garage is used for storage, so is not available whilst staying at this property. I can be contacted throughout your stay if you have any questions or concerns. My number will be provided to you. Our neighbourhood is a mix of cafes, pubs and families. It is quiet but also there always seems to be something happening. It is a safe and happy place. Public transport is available on Darby st for buses and you can connect the bus to Wickham interchange for the train. You can also easily walk to Hunter st to pick up the tram either west to the interchange or east to Newcastle & nobbys beach. There are e bikes available to hire at the library- a few blocks walk from this house. I do not have a clothes dryer, however there is a commercial dryer on Darby st, 2 mins away; $5 per load.
