Cosy single room, just a 10 minute walk to gadbrook business Park. A warm and friendly welcome awaits you with very clean and comfortable rooms. Front door is locked at 8 pm as it is a small home and my guests are professional working people who want to be assured of a good nights sleep just one person wishing to come and go at any time after 8 pm would affect all other guests, I also have a disability and require plenty of rest. I offer airbnb to help people not for money for sure as I make very little, I also work in the day too. If you wish to stay out later for viewing accommodation please advise. Quiet household after 10 pm ie no showers tv or late night phone calls unless an emergency this is so that all in the guests in the household can have an early and restful nights sleep ahead of an early start the next day. Please don't book and try to change and disrespect my rules then make negative reviews about everything you accepted on booking. There are local takeaways a mini supermarket and good food at the Old Broken Cross. Gadbrook business Park has a sit in cafe, Arabica that is open until 4pm Monday to Friday serving hot and cold meals which can be pre ordered on their website or pre ordered and delivered to your workplace.
