I'm sure it's cleaner than any other house because it's a new building. Because it is a minute away from Seonyudo Station, you can easily move to Yeouido, HongDae, and Sinchon by subway. Also, there are many good restaurants nearby, so it's a good place to eat out or pick up food outside. We have all the necessary items such as closets, refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, and TV. Lastly, the way to our house is very safe because it is right near the subway station.
