Hi - welcome to my comfortable home in Elermore Vale, Newcastle, close to the John Hunter Hosp, Uni & M1. Queen room, with adjacent guest-only bathroom. There is a modern well equipped kitchen for guests to use. I provide free tea, coffee and fruit. There are two living areas - so guests can have as much privacy as they like. Beautiful outdoor area under a wisteria covered pergola with visiting wild birds. Safe neighbourhood. Queen bed, wardrobe, ceiling fan and air conditioning. No stairs Wifi Off street parking Dishwasher Washing machine, dryer. Private garden Secure Air-conditioned living areas. Access to all areas except my private quarters. It's up to guests how much privacy or company they would like. Quiet and leafy neighbourhood, close to shopping centre which contains a supermarket, Medical centre, chemist, pub, coffee shop, newsagency, bakery and deli. Two ATMs. I am a 15 minute safe walk to the John Hunter Hospital through a beautiful natural parkland. There is a bus stop 5 minutes away for buses to the hospital and the city centre. Outdoor area with big table and barbecue.
