Guest parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is close to Montclair Mall. Additional facilities include a pool, lappa, and braai facilities. The lounge has aircon and the bedroom a fan. Our suburb , Montclair, is beautiful, quiet and safe. KFC and Chicken Lickin are around 400m away, and McDonald’s 550m away. The apartment may be reached by Uber and the municipal bus. The apartment will be cleaned and linen changed, for guests staying for longer than a week. Only guests booked at the apartment will be allowed on the property. One car will be allowed per booking. Parties and other events are not allowed. While every care will be taken to clean the Cottage and all amenities, guests are responsible for leaving all amenities as found. As a result, guests will be responsible for costs incurred to replace broken or damaged items and remove tough stains from linen.
