King sized bed with a spacious closet and large smart tv for you to enjoy! We put a twin bed next to master for a child. In the living room, a full sized pull out! Central air and a cute balcony to enjoy! Must walk up two flight of stairs but well worth it! ***We have triple cleaned and disinfected for you! This is a spacious one bedroom apt with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Super comfy bed and walk in closet. There is an extra pull out sofa in the living room. Bright and sunny third floor apt! Enjoy this whole apt and access to the balcony and Washer and dryer in the basement ! I’m available by text anytime from 8am-11pm! Lovely neighborhood one block from Washington park. Walk to stores, restaurants to downtown Troy! You can park in the back of the building but free street parking is almost always avail. Only Fridays you have to check street signs. You do have to walk up two flights of stairs, but well worth it! ***Furry friends are welcome but an extra $40 will be requested soon after booking is complete to cover all extra cleaning.
