It is a completely separate guests house type arrangement with the my accommodation upstairs and we have our own seperate front doors entrances, driveways, front gates etc.. the pool, gardens, bbqs are for your sole use only during your stay. Your space will boast 5 spacious bedrooms, wide open verandas, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, plenty of outdoor seating, daybed and three dinning tables/areas). Bronte is in a leafy river front neighbour hood with influential neighbours such as Gina Rinehart. Airbnb Guests have access to the pool and BBQ area during their stay. PLEASE NOTE : All the bedrooms have lounges/armchairs in them. The largest bedroom has been set up like a lounge with a large 4 seater suite, tv, coffee table and a queen bed. Lots of little boutique cafes, Gabba stadium is around the corner, family friendly, cool river breezes, the ideal city retreat/getaway. Hey Joe Coffee & Co, 33 Lytton Rd, East Brisbane, QLD, 4169 is a great all day eatery nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner open - 7days. Very short stroll 100m to the bus stop which gives access to the whole of Brisbane city including the Brisbane Exhibition and Convention Centre. Brisbane Powerhouse theatre is across the river which is accessible by Mowbray Ferry terminal , which leaves and returns every 15mins 7days a week. More frequently at peak times. Please check online as times are subject to change. Ferry station a 15 min walk to Bronte The Gabba stadium is under 2 km, a 25 min walk or $8 Uber ride away.
