The apartment is on the 7th floor in a well kept residential building - elevator available. A lot of room in the open concept living space with multiple sitting areas, semi open kitchen & 6 chairs dining table. In addition the apartment comes with a laundry room including a washer & dryer ( you will appreciate that in dusty Cairo) as well as a small full bathroom. The master bedroom has 1 double bed, walk in closet, ensuite full bathroom and its own living space- an extra double or single bed can be easily added in that space if needed. Enjoy the big windows looking out to a garden from the master bedroom- another rare find in Cairo. The second bedroom has 2 single beds . Another full bathroom is also available. Balcony is looking out to an open space and you can see the airport if you look closely. TV as well as linen, towels, kitchen utensils, coffee, tea & basic spices are included. Couple of Super markets & pharmacies are of walking distance. The location is great for those looking to stay in Heliopolis for business or just visiting. Even though Heliopolis is theoretically 20 minutes drive from downtown and city center; with Cairo traffic it will take you on average 40 minutes to 1.5 hours to get to downtown. Uber is a great choice for transportation and will take you anywhere in & outside Cairo! The apartment is exclusively yours - we dont live there! If is urgent please dont hesitate to call! Heliopolis is now considered an older neighbourhood. Make sure to walk around in Corba and Roxy & check out restaurants, coffee shops and small boutiques as well as look at the heritage buildings in the area. Also check out El Baron chateau in Orouba street. Diwan bookstore ( one of the most affluent and well established bookstores in Egypt) is also close by. Uber is your best bet to get around. Download the app and you can pay cash or use your credit card. The app calculates the distance and price so you are not ripped off ! We will be happy to pick you up from the airport Free of Charge & take you to the apartment. This is the easiest way we can give you the keys! Otherwise we can arrange for a time to meet you at the apartment anytime before 12 am ( midnight). If you are arriving after 12 am ( midnight), we will do our best to meet you to give you the keys but it may not be possible until the next morning.
