Strawberry Adventure

A wounderful adventure for everyone. A morning with delicious home made chicken eggs, and warm tea made from Katja’s herbs, my doughter’s. Than heading out to explore the noth-east jewls of Slovenia: Radovljica’s old town 1km, Bled 6km, Bohinj 31km... And an awsome afternoon in our garden with swimming pool, barbeque, badminton and a lovely company. And lets not forget petting our beloved bunnies Alfy and Betty, who love everyone. We love strawberries, their taste, their sweetnes, and that is the reason why we named it Strawberry apartment. And furthermore, it is also coverd in red and green colours like the leaves and the berries of our favourite fruit. Allthough the strawberies grow low to the ground the Strawberry apartment is on the first floor. With the coverd terase it overlooks the garden with the pool on the south side and to the north the open terase extends the view to Triglav, our highest peak and our pride. There are three big rooms in the Strawberry apartment, they are each all in one room, beedroom and living room together. In each of these rooms there is a double bed, and in one, we call it the childrens room, there is also an additional singel bed. In the kitchen there is nothing to be missed, it is completely equiped...(induction cook-plate, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, filter coffee machine, the heather of water with different kinds of teas, sugar, ...) When one needs bathroom, there are two. Ofcourse one is biger and one is smaller. There are showers in booth bathrooms and towels for every need, with the washingmachine in one corner and the hairdryer on the wall. If there is desire for a baby bed, we have it as well. And Wi-Fi is there and its free. When days are sunny and hot, you can turn on the climate control, but ofcourse when that does not suffice you are welcome to come to the garden and hop into the pool, where barbeque is waiting to be used by you. Parking spoot is free, and in case you would be arriving with 2 cars, please let us know. Bus stop is just around the corner, so its convinient to reach any place: Bled, Bohinj, Kranjska Gora or Ljubljana. But the station has many names, so be aware when using the bus for the first time. (Radovljica zahod, Radovljica Isospan, or Voljčji hrib) Since we live in the same house, we will be always there with you, for you. If not me, there are also my wife, sons and daughter. Our neighborhood is big with sports, there is a big sports park a short walk away, and you can use our badmnton, tennis rackets, ball for basketball or football whenever you want. Next to it is a playground for the yungests. A few steps further away is an olympic public swimming pool. And ofcourse Radovljica’s medival old center, it is really a sight to be seen, not read about. Our house is really near to a bus stop (100m), so getting to Bled or Ljubljana is realy simple, with train, just a little harder (1km). If you would like to experience nature by foot, theres a nice walking path along the Sava river (2km). TOURIST TAX is NOT included in the price, and must be paid seperately in cash. Hand sanitizers and surface disinfectants will be constantly available to our guests. Further preventive recommendations will also be provided to ensure you a healthy and pleasant stay at our rooms.
