Gorgeous Shawnigan lake sunsets from hot tub, dock

Have fun filled days swimming/fishing on the private dock, kayak/canoe (included), hike to the Kinsol Trestle, watch the sunset from the hot tub. Option for you to enjoy the lake lifestyle with my professional wakesurf school. Vaulted ceilings and open concept make the house feel spacious, while the large windows overlooking the lake and skylights brighten the rooms. West coast cedar throughout and a free standing propane fireplace add to the cabin appeal. Two decks (the lower with a hot tub) are perfect outside spaces for relaxing and taking in the beauty. A 75 meter trail leads down to the lake and my private dock, where the shoreline is, for the most part natural and unaltered. This leaves homes for some of the local wildlife and you might see mink, otters, beaver, osprey, kingfisher, red winged black birds etc. When you stay at my house, it's all yours! This is your choice. If you want privacy, you've got It, other than I occasionally take my boat from its parking spot to go to work in the wakeboard school at the nearby government wharf (The dock has a separate access) Or we can put together a plan for fun! There are many options for amazing things to do in Shawnigan and after 23 years here I know them all and can help you plan and make recommendations. There are also options for wakeboarding, wakesurfing, tubing or cruising and sightseeing with my professional wakeboard school, in the Mastercraft X-star that will be parked on the dock. Being located in the northeast side of the lake offers the most the lake has for amenities. Within walking distance we have the Shawnigan museum, Old mill provincial park, local pub that has bands on the weekends, multiple restaurants (sushi, fish and chips, Mexican, pizza, pub), coffee shop/ bakery, two convenience stores, ATM machine, liquor store and drug store.
