Cosy airconditioned duplex apartment located in a quiet northeast part of city - Just ca 20 min to city center (Old town) by public transport (Metro - 1 bus stop or 8 min walk, center - 16 min) - Highspeed internet FREE - FREE parking in the garage underground - Both bedrooms airconditioned (currently only 1 of 2 bedrooms available) - Fully equipped alcohol bar - Practical fournishing - Pizzeria & squash centre right behind the corner - Shopping mall, golf, minigolf, gym, cinema nearby Dear travellers! I am offering my own home to all of you who want to experience beauties of Prague and its city life and still want to feel like at home. My home is cosy two-story rooftop apartment located in a quiet northeast part of Prague with nice view of the city from my balcony. My flat is on the 5th floor (with lift) of the block of flats built in 2003. Though my flat is in the outskirts of Prague, the city center (Old Town) is easily accessible within 20-25 min by public transport. Subway station "Rajska zahrada" (Line B) is in walking distance (7-8 min walk) or 1 bus station. From there it is just 16 minutes to Old town (Line B - Namesti republiky) or 18 min to Wenceslas square (Line B/A - Mustek) My apartment is sunny, has living room, two air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms (one is just toilette with washing machine) and of course kitchen. Take free high speed WiFi internet and free parking in the underground garage for granted. My flat is air-conditioned and fully practically furnished. LOWER FLOOR On the lower floor is a kitchen, a living room, one of the bathrooms and a balcony Kitchen Kitchen is fully equipped - so fridge, dishwasher, microwave, jug kettle, gas stove and electric kitchen oven are all in place. All kitchenware is ofcourse for your disposal. In my kitchen you can find all basic ingrediences like tea, coffee, salt, suger, condiments, olive oil etc. and some "emergency" food too. If you like gas water, you can use my Sodastream machine (with quite big range of Sodastream syrups) at your convenience. Living Room Living Room is the most spacious place in my apartment (ca 32 sq. metres incl. the kitchen corner). Here is also my fully equipped alcohol bar available:-) Although I am a movie fan, I have only small TV screen as I watch it rather on my PC or in cinemas. UPPER FLOOR In upper floor you find two air-conditioned bedrooms and "main" bathroom. If you like watching the night sky from the bed - you will love it here, as it has roof-light windows:-) I will do my best to make your stay in Prague comfortable and that you can easily get to my apartment from arrival point and you do not have to necessarily spend big money for taxi. Or I can arrange for you taxi for around 700 CZK (28€) which takes you from the airport to my flat. Sleeping option: I can currently accomodate 1-6 (8) people, but more than 4 people please consult ahead as I need to prepare bedding 1 king sized bed (160x200 cm) in the 1st bedroom 1 king sized bed (180x200cm) and two-person sofabed/futon (153x200cm) in the 2nd bedroom 1 queen sized self-inflatable air bed (153x200cm) in 2nd bedroom (possible) 1 sofa in the living room I am available for you almost 24/7, so you can contact me, when you feel so (but sometimes I might be sleeping so please be aware of that:-) Your Arrival/Check-in As I am working man, I set check-in since 18:00, anyway if possible I am flexible in it, so please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to meet your needs. Check-out I set the check-out for 14:00, but again if possible I will do my best to meet your needs. Before your arrival I will provide you with basic tips on Public Transportation and how to get to my apartment (in case I will not be able to pick you up by myself). Upon your arrival, you will be provided with full tailor-made list with places of your interests. If you have any questions, I am available to advice you on matters of transportation, as well as provide you with information on interesting places in Prague and/or recommend to you various restaurants and pubs in Prague. This is Prague - so there is a lot to enjoy:-) - Bus stop just behind the corner - Pizzeria (owned by Italian), small grocery store, small gym and couple pubs right behind the corner - Subway Line B - "Rajska zahrada" 8 min walk or 1 bus stop (ca 3 min). From there is real city center within 16 minute (Namesti republiky) or 18 minutes (Wenceslas square) - Real City center (Old town) is 20-25 min accessible by public transport - Close to Shopping Center Cerny Most (1 stop by subway or 20 min walk) with lot of amenities and shops, including cinema and Globus Hypermarket - Swiming pool and bigger gym nearby. - 3 stops (by subway) from O2 Arena - Quiet neighbourhood - Outdoors areas nearby (golf, walking, running, cycling, roller-skating etc.) - Bus station (direct connection to subway) - 80m - Close to subway (Line B - Rajska zahrada) - 8 min walk or 1 stop by bus.
