Modern home in serene Waiuku

Our home is a one level modern three bedroom house in a quiet cul de sac in Waiuku. We recently moved here after living in Australia for eight years where we regularly had airbnb guests and loved meeting people from all over the world. You're welcome to use all facilities and make yourself at home. Three bedroom & 2 bathroom home. Two living areas, dining room & kitchen. Large sunny deck for outside living. BBQ available to use. Guests have their own bathroom although not an ensuite. Bath & shower & separate toilet. Free to use kitchen & outdoor deck. Washing machine available in garage. Happy to share a meal or a glass of wine with you, or if you'd like your privacy we will respect this also. Breakfast available- toast & cereals. Plenty of water, tea & coffee. 10 minutes walk or a few minutes by car to the main shopping of Waiuku. 6 kms to Kariotahia beach. 40 kms to Awhitu Peninsula & Lighthouse. 10 -15 minutes drive to Glenbrook Vintage Railway Best for guests who have transport but bikers will enjoy the area. Public transport is limited. We have 2 cats who come & go as they please. Safe parking in driveway or on street at front of house
