Walking distance to beach, shops, cafe, pub and Helford River, with beautiful rural views and garden, our holiday home lies in the middle of the beautiful village of Mawnan Smith. All enclosed making it suitable for children and pets, we offer two good size bedrooms, one double and one twin. The kitchen has everything, including a dishwasher and washing machine. There is sky TV, broadband and flat screen TV wall mounted. The bathroom has bath, separate shower and all is centrally hearted. The property is newly decorated and the driveway new tarmac. Everything internally has been renewed with new carpets and equipment and furniture. It has a lovely sunny and airy aspect to the whole place with a south facing garden offering a lot of privacy. Plenty of parking space and garden furniture for alfresco dining. A welcome pack will be provided for your arrival. The porch and utility are really useful for beach and pet things! Please note there is a pond in the garden as a water feature but it is fully covered for your safety. There are also steps down to the lower garden area, but plenty of garden that is flat! There is plenty of parking and turning space, we are right in the middle of the village so it is possible to walk to all village amenities and many of the local beaches and coast path. The owners Dave and Cathy will meet you on your arrival and will be available throughout your stay. If you need anything we live nearby so are here to help! Mawnan Smith has so many things at your finger tips! A pub, cafe, grocery shop, gift shop and several beaches all within walking distance of your accommodation! Glendurgan gardens and Trebah Garden are in walking distance too! There is also the famous Ferryboat Inn at Helford Passage just up the road with a ferry across the Helford River to the village of Helford. Falmouth is 4 miles away and is a vibrant busy coastal town full of shops and restaurants and ferries to St Mawes and Flushing. There is a bus that goes from the middle of the village to Falmouth and the local map we have provided gives you an amazing network of walks to the beaches, river, creeks and across the fields.
