Full lake views can be enjoyed from the comfort of the lounge or venture out onto one of the two lake front decks to bask in the sunshine. Observe the changing activity on the lake with a variety of bird life, early morning paddlers, fishers, swimmers plus the mountain views and spectacular sunsets. At night the lake reflects the lights of Burrill and night stars. It is a truely relaxing setting. With the exception of one locked storage room and locked garden shed, you have entire access to the holiday house including front and back yard. This is a stand alone, private house. The front yard is ideal for parking your boat. There is a key safe at the front door. A new access code is created for each booking. You will be given this code upon full payment. NB. Boat and surfboard pictured are not available for use. Stand Up Paddle hire is conveniently located next door. I am a local resident in the area and am available to assist you if necessary. New to the neighbourhood is the popular Lagom Bakery, serving fresh gourmet sourdoughs, croissants, baguettes, coffee and other delicious treats from 6:30am Wed-Sun. Conveniently within walking distance is an IGA supermarket, Cafe, bottleshop, hairdresser and the popular Burrill Fish & Chips selling fresh and cooked seafood. Ulladulla offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, retail outlets, supermarkets, cinema, clubs, gyms etc. please check my online or in-house guestbook for recommendations. There are two boat ramps in Burrill approximately 1km from the house. Activities include fishing and swimming at the beach or lake entrance with Dolphin point nearby. BYO kayak, SUP or boat to explore beautiful Burrill Lake. My in-house guestbook offers details of scenic walks in local National Parks. I highly recommend that you bring your pushbike, skateboard, running/walking shoes as there is a cycleway from Burrill into Ulladulla plus it is a great way to get to the lake entrance and beach at Dolphin Point. THE YARD IS NOT FENCED TO THE LAKE. This poses a drowning hazard to infants and children. Children must be supervised at all times. It is easy to relax in this beautiful setting and forget to watch the kids near the water. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED ON THIS PREMISES. NO SMOKING . FIRM cancelation policy.
