Fun and Friendly in the OP

This home is located with great access to South Johnson County, The Plaza, and is also located with in minutes of great neighborhood restaurants and shopping. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure you will enjoy your own private oasis. Long term guests are free to use the main kitchen. All guests may use a secondary fridge I have located on the first floor. The space includes a large family room area with TV in addition to the private bedroom and bath. I pride myself of being available to my guests while providing them with the privacy they desire. Restaurant Recommendations and fun things to do are my specialty. It's easiest with a car, but there are plenty of restaurants and amenities like drug stores and grocery stores all located within a mile of the house. Also Uber is a great option here. All guests must be fully vaccinated. Proof should be provided ahead of the reservation commencing.
