Large family-house with sea view

Unique house in the idyllic old fishing village, Skovshoved, only 8 km from the centre of Copenhagen. The house is ideal for a family with children. 200 m2. It has three bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. There are two terraces and a small courtyard. Our house is a charming old house in three floors. It has three bedrooms: one master bedroom located on the first floor, a childrens' bedroom with bunk beds next to the master bedroom - and a bedroom with two single beds located in the "loft" on the second floor (ideal for teenagers). There are two bathrooms, as well as kitchen, a large living/dining room, a smaller living room and a children's play room. In the basement we have washing machine and tumble dryer that you are welcome to use. The house has two terraces where you can enjoy the sun, one of them overlooking the harbour - and a small courtyard. Right behind the house there is a large public green area with a playground for smaller children. The house is located only 8 km from the centre of Copenhagen. In our street you can catch the bus 1A that will take you there in 15-20 minutes. Also the local area offers lots of attractions and nice cafés and restaurants. The forest, Dyrehaven with the amusement park, Bakken, as well as Bellevue Strand, one of the best beaches in the Copenhagen area are only a 15 minutes walk away. From the house you have a view of the harbour of Skovshoved which is a nice place for an evening walk and an icecream in Olivers Garage, the old gas station designed by Arne Jacobsen. Or you can take an evening swim from the bathing peer next to the harbour. When you rent our house you have access to all rooms and all our facilities: kitchen facilities, washing machine, tumble dryer, children's toys, bicycles, barbecue in the courtyard etc. During your stay we can help you with information about sightseeing and excursions in Copenhagen as well as the local area if you wish so.
