Mount Eliza Getaway comprises the entire first floor with your own private entrance. A large living space complete with kitchenette and pool table opens onto a veranda offering views of the bay. A separate bedroom behind the living area, includes an elegant en-suite with walk in shower to complete your Getaway experience. As hosts we adhere to the Victorian Government's COVID-19 double vaccination policy for the safety of all our guests. This private accommodation is comfortable, bright and spacious. Walking through a wooden gate onto a deck to your separate guest entry, climb up the stairs to your spacious private studio. The personal kitchenette will give you a relaxing start to your day as you take that morning tea or coffee through the glass door onto the veranda. A large screen television, air-conditioning & heating throughout for your comfort completes the package. The large living area is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the Mornington Peninsula. A quiet location- 5 minutes by car to the beach, Mount Eliza Village & Main Street Mornington. The Racecourse, wineries, golf courses, Peninsula Hot Springs, art galleries, sailing and everything that the Peninsula has to offer are nearby. You have your own outdoor balcony with a barbeque, table & seating. If you are staying a few days we have a laundry in the house which you are able to use when we're home. We are located in a small, quiet street with dedicated parking in front of the property. Studio keys are in a lock-box for for ease of check-in & at night lights will come on automatically as you enter the property We live downstairs with our dog. We are happy to accommodate your need for privacy but ready to share a coffee or a sun-downer- the choice is yours. Our neighbourhood is a quiet, residential area with an easy to walk to a fabulous cafe *a car is recommended (15 minute walk to bus services) *we are 75 minutes from the airport Our guests enjoy *all linen & towels supplied *free wifi *extensive DVD collection *iron & ironing board *heated towel rails *hair dryer For the comfort of all our guests there is a well equipped kitchenette with~ *tea/coffee/milk/glasses & crockery *frying pan, saucepan & cooking utensils for use on the bbq *toaster oven for toast, nachos, croissant & the like *weber electric bbq on the veranda NB: there is no oven, microwave or hotplates in the studio
