With Manukau city only a 10 minute drive to a Westfield shopping centre. Other areas are takanini with a great range of shopping and eateries. We do have someone who lives in the attached studio beside the laundry in their own self contained unit who will work in conjunction with us and help out with guest that book the house. Both places are completely seperate with their own access and own private areas. We have a portacot available for quests who are travelling with children under 2 years of age. Long Term Stays will have an additional cost of $90 Nzd for cleaning on a weekly or fortnightly basis and these times will be arranged once checked in and settled.
